Recently, Guizhou Hongxin Chuanda Engineering Testing & Consulting Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kan She Shares, has emerged victorious after two rounds of intense competition. Successfully won the bid Construction Monitoring Project for the Mekong River Bridge at the Pak Lay Hydropower Station in Laos On May 9, we received the Notice of Award for the “Construction Monitoring Project of the Mekong River Bridge for the Pak Lay Hydropower Station” issued by Party A, “Lao Pak Lay Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.” The awarded project price is... 77.88 Ten thousand U.S. dollars (approximately RMB) 540 (RMB 10,000). This project marks the first overseas bridge full-lifecycle inspection project independently won by Hongxin Chuanda Engineering Inspection & Consulting Co., Ltd., filling a gap in its overseas inspection performance and serving as a significant boost to its inspection business operations.

The dam site of the Paklay Hydropower Station is located on the mainstream of the Mekong River at kilometer 1829 (from the river mouth). It lies approximately 31 kilometers downstream from Paklay County Town, about 241 kilometers from the capital Vientiane, and 195 kilometers from Luang Prabang. The Mekong River Bridge, serving as a construction access bridge for the Paklay Hydropower Station, is situated 1.16 kilometers downstream along the river channel from the dam axis. It is a prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge measuring 88 + 2×160 + 107 + 41 meters. The project scope includes construction monitoring of the Mekong River Bridge, load testing and inspection of the bridge, and health monitoring during the bridge’s operational phase.
