Another postdoctoral fellow from the KanShe Shares Postdoctoral Research Workstation has successfully passed the exit assessment.


On December 15, the Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Kan She Co., Ltd. held an assessment and review meeting for postdocs completing their station. Attending the meeting were Wang Ruifu, Deputy General Manager of the company and enterprise mentor for postdocs; Yang Jian, Chief Engineer and head of the Postdoctoral Research Workstation; as well as relevant staff members. The candidate for this assessment was Dr. Wang Hong, who was jointly trained by the workstation and the Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (supervisor: Academician Tang Huiming). During the meeting, Dr. Wang Hong presented a report on his research work and achievements. After careful review, the expert panel unanimously approved his departure from the workstation.

To date, the KanShe Shares Postdoctoral Research Workstation has jointly trained numerous postdocs with several universities, including Central South University and Tongji University. The successful completion of this exit assessment marks yet another significant achievement in the company’s efforts to cultivate high-level talent.

In his speech, Wang Ruifu expressed his appreciation for the workstation’s continued role as a platform for university-enterprise cooperation and its steady progress in fostering talent development. He expressed his hope that postdoctoral fellows who have completed their station would continue to maintain their enthusiasm for research, enhance their professional competence, and become leading talents in their respective fields. He also urged the workstation to deepen university-enterprise collaboration by aligning with the company’s transformation needs.

Yang Jian pointed out that after completing their postdoctoral research, researchers should continue to strengthen their connections and collaboration with the company’s relevant teams, accelerate the translation of scientific research findings into practical engineering applications, and effectively empower technological advancement and innovative development in the industry.

Since its establishment, the Postdoctoral Research Station of Kan She Co., Ltd. has recruited a total of seven postdoctoral fellows, five of whom have successfully completed their posts, while two are currently undergoing training at the station. In the future, the station will continue to leverage its platform role, deepen collaboration among research teams, and strengthen innovative capabilities, thereby providing solid talent support and technological assurance for the high-quality development of the industry.
