To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, and to deepen the implementation of the “Strengthening Foundation Project” and steadily advance the “Five One” initiative, on November 6, 2024, the Guiyang National High-tech Zone organized the 2024 Grassroots Party Branch Secretary Competition. Ye Hongping, Deputy Secretary of the Bridge Design Institute Party Branch of the Transportation Business Division of Kanshe Co., Ltd., joined 18 other grassroots party organization secretaries from across the zone on the “competition stage,” comprehensively showcasing the exemplary spirit of grassroots party organizations in striving for excellence and taking proactive responsibility.
At the “Competition” venue, secretaries of Party branches from government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and emerging sectors engaged in a “competition” using a “speech + PPT presentation” format, focusing on the “Five Ones” initiative. They combined this with key tasks aimed at strengthening the provincial capital, implementing decisions and deployments from higher authorities, and fulfilling their own departments’ (units’) functional responsibilities. In their presentations, they shared ideas, methods, achievements, and personal insights, summarizing and distilling specific practices employed by grassroots Party organizations to promote the integration of Party building and business operations. The event vividly showcased the remarkable achievements and advanced experiences of how Party building and business work mutually reinforce and advance each other. After fierce competition, Ye Hongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the Bridge Design Institute within the Transportation Business Division of Kan She Shares, won the first prize.
