On February 1, the company held its 2016 Spring Gathering in the 17th-floor conference room. More than 100 people attended the meeting, including the company’s leadership team, heads of various departments, and mid-level managers from subsidiary companies.

Chairman Zhang Lin first reported on the completion of the 2015 production tasks, summarized the achievements made in past work, and identified existing shortcomings. He urged all departments of the company to carefully plan their 2016 work arrangements around the strategic guidelines for the new situation, further establish and improve the operational system, strengthen communication and collaboration between different levels, increase revenue while reducing expenditures, and pragmatically promote the smooth implementation of all company activities.

General Manager Qi Guirong laid out plans for the implementation of the province’s 13th Five-Year Plan and for key tasks in 2016. Regarding the work approach for 2016, he called for setting and defining clear objectives, and under the strategic guidelines that align with the new situation, actively transforming values, business philosophies, and management approaches.

Jia Long, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman, stated that over the past year, thanks to the joint efforts of everyone, they had successfully completed the tasks assigned by the Party Committee of the High-tech Zone and the Transportation Union. He expressed hope that in the new year, everyone would work together with one heart and one mind to take the company’s business to a new level.

Vice General Managers Ma Pingjun, Guan Xiaoqing, Wang Diming, and Long Wanxue, as well as CFO Li Yinghong and Chief Economist Huang Guojian, each presented specific work plans for their respective areas of responsibility. They emphasized the need to strengthen operations, standardize management, increase revenue while reducing expenditures, and closely align with the strategic plan of the joint-stock company, working together wholeheartedly to ensure the successful completion of all company tasks. At the same time, they extended New Year greetings to all employees, wishing everyone good health, smooth career progress, and happiness and prosperity for their families in the coming year.

At the group celebration, the award ceremony for the various events of the company’s second Employee Sports Meet was also held. Company leaders presented medals and cash prizes to the winning teams.
