On the afternoon of August 17, 2016, Chen Liuting, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Jiaotong University, and his delegation visited our company. They conducted a follow-up visit to assess the work and career development of Chongqing Jiaotong University graduates employed by our company. Afterwards, they held a symposium of the Chongqing Jiaotong University (Guizhou) Alumni Association in the company’s 17th-floor conference room. Attending the symposium were Zhang Qunli, a senior-level official from the Provincial Department of Transport; Zhang Lin, Chairman of our company; Qi Guirong, General Manager; and Huang Guojian, Chief Economist.

Before the symposium, Secretary Chen Liuting and his delegation first visited the company’s digital exhibition hall, Party-building activity room, gym, and Bridge Design Institute, gaining an understanding of the company’s office environment. At the subsequent symposium, company leaders welcomed Secretary Chen Liuting and his delegation to our company for their visit and provided guests with an overview of the company’s basic situation. The head of the Human Resources Department gave a presentation on the company’s human resource management practices as well as the performance of Chongqing Jiaotong University graduates working at our company, and expressed high appreciation for the quality of teaching and the caliber of Chongqing Jiaotong University’s graduates. Both sides engaged in discussions on future talent recruitment strategies and ways to further strengthen cooperation between the university and the company, expressing their hope for even greater collaboration in the future.
