On the afternoon of October 21, 2016, the 8th Congress of Members of the Guizhou Provincial Society of Surveying and Mapping was held in the conference room of the Guizhou Provincial Government. Attendees included relevant leaders from the Guizhou Provincial Department of Natural Resources, former leaders of the society, representatives from various enterprises, and Ma Pingjun, our company’s Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, along with personnel from related departments.

At this Members’ Congress, the 8th Council of the Society elected members of the Council, standing council members, the Chairperson, the Vice Chairpersons, and the Secretary-General. Ma Pingjun, our company’s Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, was elected as a member of the new Council of the Guizhou Surveying and Mapping Society.

The convening of the 8th Congress of Members of the Guizhou Provincial Society of Surveying and Mapping has strengthened communication among member units and laid a solid foundation for promoting technological advancement in surveying, mapping, and geographic information within our province.
