To deeply implement the company’s innovation-driven strategy—adhering to the principles of “grasping the right direction, pursuing independent innovation, and emphasizing practicality”—we aim to promote the deep integration of science and technology with the company’s development, strengthen technological service support, enhance our capacity for scientific and technological innovation, and bolster the company’s brand image. Since August 2015, the company has been actively organizing and preparing internally, distilling key technologies and innovative breakthroughs achieved in recent years, further summarizing our capabilities and levels in transforming scientific and technological achievements, providing high-tech services, and adopting cutting-edge technological innovations across various industries, thereby applying for the title of Leading Innovative Enterprise in Guizhou Province.
According to the “Implementation Measures for Nurturing a Batch of Innovative Leading Enterprises and Major Innovation Projects in Guizhou Province” (Qian Ke [2013] No. 2) and the “Pilot Indicator System for Re-Selection of Innovative Leading Enterprises in Guizhou Province” (Qian Ke Ling Fa [2016] No. 1), following deliberation and approval at the 9th Director’s Office Meeting of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Intellectual Property Bureau) in 2016, a total of six enterprises were designated as the third batch of innovative leading enterprises to be nurtured in Guizhou Province (with a nurturing period of three years). Our company was successfully selected and will receive special financial funding totaling 5 million yuan from the Guizhou Provincial Government. Thus, since the launch of the Innovative Enterprise Cultivation Program by the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Leadership Group in October 2013, a total of 19 enterprises across the province have entered the nurturing phase for innovative leading enterprises as of the third batch.
The company will further strengthen its technology management, foster independent innovation, accelerate the cultivation and recruitment of innovative talent, and build robust innovation teams. It will also intensify research and development as well as the promotion and application of new technologies and products, providing strong support for the company’s technological innovation and brand building.
