In accordance with the spirit of Document No. 25 (2016) issued by the CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee and the Guiyang Municipal People's Government—“Decision on Naming and Commending the Fourth Batch of Municipally-Managed Experts”—and in order to recognize outstanding individuals, set exemplary models, strengthen the development of a high-level talent pool, and further stimulate innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial activities among talents throughout the city, with the approval of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Government, Comrade Yang Jian and Comrade Qiao Donghua from our company have been awarded the honorary title of “Municipally-Managed Expert” for the fourth batch. As of now, our company has a total of six municipally-managed experts.

According to the decision outlined in Document No. 10 (2017) issued by the Organization Department of the Guizhou Association for Science and Technology, “On Commending the 7th ‘Outstanding Science and Technology Workers of Guizhou Province’,” our colleague Lü Xiaoshun has been awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Science and Technology Worker of the 7th Session” in Guizhou Province. As of now, our company has a total of three outstanding science and technology workers at the provincial level.
