To further strengthen the company’s corporate culture, enhance communication and interaction among employees, and boost team cohesion and unity, Guizhou Hongxin Chuanda Engineering Testing & Consulting Co., Ltd. recently organized all employees to embark on a one-and-a-half-day team-building training excursion to Nanjiang Grand Canyon.

At 10:30 a.m., all participants arrived at the training base. Before the official start of the session, a series of cheerful activities helped break down barriers between employees. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone was divided into six teams. Each team enthusiastically engaged in activities such as choosing team names, singing team songs, creating team flags, designing team logos, and introducing themselves.

The afternoon orienteering session posed a severe test of both physical endurance and mental fortitude for each team and every trainee. On mountain trails that were just over 5 kilometers one way—nearly 11 kilometers round trip—each trainee successfully overcame intense physical and psychological challenges, and no member of any group fell behind.

During the various game segments on the second day, each team continued to engage in the activities with high spirits and enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent teamwork and an indomitable fighting spirit. In particular, during the final tug-of-war event, although all participating employees had experienced a decline in physical stamina, they remained committed to the competition with a never-give-up attitude, taking the activity to its climax. Ultimately, the entire team-building exercise came to a successful and safe conclusion amid laughter and joyful cheers.

During this team-building training, Hongxin employees not only experienced the joy of success brought by dedication, collaboration, and courage, but also deeply understood the essence of “seamless teamwork” and the responsibilities that come with being a member of a team. The training strengthened mutual understanding and trust among employees and enhanced their spirit of teamwork. Under the pressure of intense work, everyone had the chance to connect with nature, savor the breathtaking beauty of the natural landscape, and let their minds soar amid lush greenery and clear blue skies. This experience played a positive role in boosting work efficiency and rekindling enthusiasm for their jobs.
