Recently, the Chengdu branch of our company held a “2017 Newcomer Welcome Symposium.” Leaders including Xia Jianyong, Deputy General Manager of the holding company; Zhang Xiaohang, Assistant to the General Manager and Head of the Planning and Operations Department; Lü Xiaoshun, Assistant to the General Manager and Executive Director of Hongxin Chuanda; Yang Jin, Head of the Human Resources Department; and Liu Shilin, General Manager of the Chengdu branch, gathered together with 14 graduates from universities such as Tongji University, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Chengdu University of Technology, engaging in open and candid discussions.

At the meeting, Liu Shilin, General Manager of the branch company, delivered a welcoming speech, sharing his personal journey of professional and technical growth as well as his work experience with the new employees. He reminded everyone to be prepared to face challenges and to take their first steps in the company with confidence. Deputy General Manager Xia Jianyong stated that the holding company would provide greater technical support for talent development within the branch company. He urged the new employees to set both long-term and short-term career goals, embrace the corporate culture, intensify their learning efforts, and quickly integrate into the production team. Zhang Xiaohang, Assistant to the General Manager, introduced the operational status of the holding company. Meanwhile, Lu Xiaoshun, also an Assistant to the General Manager, called on the branch company to carry out scientific research tailored to the unique conditions of high-altitude regions, particularly in connection with the Tibet G4218 project, and emphasized the importance of achieving new breakthroughs in research. Yang Jin, Head of the Human Resources Department, explained the procedures for professional title evaluation—issues of great concern to the new employees—and encouraged both new and veteran employees to obtain registered professional qualification certificates, thereby enhancing the company’s overall strength.

In their remarks, the new employees all expressed that they had greatly benefited from the symposium and felt fully confident about integrating into the Kan She Shares family and performing their duties effectively. After the meeting, Deputy General Manager Xia Jianyong and his team inspected the new employees’ offices and dormitories, giving positive feedback on the hardware facilities.
