On July 17, the People's Government of the Dalong Economic Development Zone in Guizhou Province convened a review meeting for the "Supporting Facilities for Plazas A and B at Tongren South High-Speed Railway Station" design competition in the conference room on the 9th floor of the Dalong Management Committee. The organizer invited five design firms to participate, including the Architectural Design Research Institute of Tongji University, the Planning and Architectural Design Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Urban and Rural Planning Survey & Design Institute of Tongren City, and our company. After careful evaluation, our company won the bid with the first-place ranking.
This not only showcases our company’s strength in the architectural design sector to the Dalong Economic Development Zone, but also provides strong support for our company to further expand into the Dalong market.
The project covers an area of approximately 110 mu and integrates bus services, taxi stands, public parking, hotels, a high-speed rail police station, a reception center, and green spaces. It is an important component of the Tongren South High-Speed Rail Station area. At the meeting, our company’s concept of a “multi-functional reception and service center” and the vision of “building the Tongren South Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub” successfully addressed the questions and concerns raised by the attending leaders and experts, enabling our proposal to stand out among the five participating design firms.
