To create a safe and healthy office environment and enhance employees’ awareness of fire safety, the company recently organized safety evacuation drills, fire-fighting exercises, and a comprehensive inspection of fire safety and environmental hygiene.
On the morning of June 29, 2017, the Company’s General Management Department, in collaboration with Zhongtian Property Management Company, conducted a safety evacuation and fire-fighting drill. Employees from all departments followed the evacuation routes on their respective floors, exiting through the stairwells to the safety island on the M floor. After completing the evacuation, the drill continued with a fire-fighting exercise, during which the company’s fire safety officer demonstrated how to properly use a dry powder fire extinguisher. This fire drill enabled employees to gain a better understanding of safe evacuation methods and routes, as well as to master the steps and techniques for using fire extinguishers effectively.
On the morning of July 5, 2017, a safety inspection team was formed by personnel from the company’s General Management Department, Zhongtian Property Management Company, and Yuanda Air Conditioning Company. A comprehensive inspection of fire safety and environmental hygiene was conducted across all departments of the company. The main focus of this inspection included the safety and environmental conditions in various areas such as department offices, warehouses, server rooms, fire escape routes, and employee cafeterias. Special attention was given to the company’s electrical safety practices.
Through this safety evacuation drill, fire-fighting exercise, and comprehensive inspection of fire safety and environmental hygiene, the company’s employees have enhanced their safety awareness, which will help foster a harmonious and civilized office environment.
