At the symposium, leaders from the Qinghai Provincial Department of Transport introduced the current status of their subordinate units. Subsequently, both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on several key topics, including the disposal of state-owned assets during our company’s restructuring phase, internal asset reorganization methods and considerations for the listed entity, internal control systems, employee placement arrangements during the restructuring process, the design of employee stock ownership plans, and strategies for business development after the company’s IPO. Both sides expressed their shared hope to continue strengthening mutual exchanges and learning in the future, thereby achieving common progress.
