On the afternoon of February 2, the company’s 2018 mid-level cadre gathering was held in the 17th-floor conference room, chaired by General Manager Qi Guirong. The company’s leadership team, heads of various departments, mid-level cadres from subsidiaries and branch companies, and independent director Xiong Debin attended the meeting.

Chairman Zhang Lin delivered a speech, expressing gratitude to all employees for their hard work in 2017. In 2017, the company achieved excellent business performance and was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s A-share main board, marking a leap-forward development. Chairman Zhang Lin reviewed the company’s journey from restructuring to going public, noting that it was precisely because everyone—from top management to frontline staff—worked together with one heart that the company has been able to maintain rapid growth over the past eight years. Now that we have entered the capital market, we must align ourselves with emerging trends, keep pace with the times, continuously reform and strive forward, leverage our strengths while addressing our weaknesses, and create an even brighter future for the company.

General Manager Qi Guirong extended New Year greetings to all employees and their families. Looking back on the company’s 60-year journey of development, we see that its successful restructuring and listing on the stock market are achievements attained through the collective efforts of generations of professionals from the Transportation Design Institute. Yet, the road ahead for the company remains long and arduous. In 2018, the company will undertake a reform of its organizational structure to make it more standardized and refined, thereby paving the way for sustainable development.

Other members of the company’s leadership team expressed their gratitude to employees for their hard work in 2017 and expressed their hope that all employees would work together in 2018 to successfully achieve all our work objectives. At the meeting, Xiong Debin, an independent director of the company, delivered a speech, offering his best wishes for the company’s future development.
