The First Branch of the Architecture Institute signed the contract for Phase III of the Longjiang New Area relocation housing project for poverty alleviation in Dalong.

On June 12, 2018, the design contract for Phase III of the Longjiang New Area project—affordable housing for poverty alleviation relocation in the Dalong Economic Development Zone, designed by the First Institute of Architecture—was successfully signed. The total design fee amounts to 13.3454 million yuan.

The Longjiang New Area Phase III of the Dalong Economic Development Zone’s relocation-based poverty alleviation housing project covers a total site area of 340,833.72 square meters (approximately 511.25 mu), with a total construction area of 312,567.96 square meters. This project will resettle 6,000 relocated poverty-alleviation households and construct 1,336 new resettlement housing units. Additionally, the project will build supporting facilities including a new kindergarten, a middle school, commercial buildings, a community cultural activity center, a medical and health center, a neighborhood sanitation station, an underground parking lot, and internal community roads.

The relocation-based poverty alleviation project is time-sensitive and involves heavy tasks with significant responsibilities. Currently, our project team is working overtime and actively cooperating to spare no effort in carrying out the construction drawing design. As of June 21, all residential drawings have been submitted to the Quality Inspection Station for review and have now been approved.

In the work ahead, the First Institute of Architecture will continue to uphold the spirit of unity, collaboration, efficiency, and rigor in surveying and design, ensuring that construction drawing documents are submitted promptly and with high quality.
