New employees all expressed that they had greatly benefited from these discussions. At the conclusion of the meeting, Director Zhou summarized the institute’s past safety efforts and outlined specific improvement measures for areas needing enhancement. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing safety alongside production, ensuring safe operations by taking hazard identification as the starting point and fostering strong safety awareness as the key safeguard. This approach will effectively guarantee both office-based production safety and the safety of post-construction services at construction sites, thereby preventing any safety incidents from occurring.
