To meet the company’s development needs, enhance the company’s image, and improve employees’ overall business etiquette skills, the Human Resources Department organized a business etiquette training session on June 21, 2018, in accordance with the company’s training plan. The training was led by Mr. Xue Wei, a top-ten Chinese etiquette instructor worldwide, a specially appointed lecturer for the EMBA program at Peking University, and a guest on BTV-3’s “Civilized Etiquette” interview show. More than 60 participants, including key marketing personnel from the Planning & Operations Department and the Overseas Business Division, as well as relevant staff from various departments, attended the training.
Teacher Xue Wei introduced the basic knowledge and practical skills of business etiquette in the workplace from two perspectives: internal qualities and cultural depth, as well as external aspects such as appearance, speech, demeanor, attire, and etiquette. Through this training, participants further developed their understanding and awareness of business etiquette, mastered the necessary etiquette knowledge for various situations, and gained valuable insights that will greatly help employees cultivate a positive professional image and enhance the company’s overall business reputation.
