From August 6 to 8, 2018, Beijing Zhongshe Certification Services Co., Ltd. conducted a recertification and version-up audit of the QEO management system of the joint-stock company. The audit team carried out on-site audits of the company’s leadership and all 20 departments covered by the system, and also conducted spot checks at the geological exploration site for the Liangchahe Bridge project on the Chengdu-Zunyi National Expressway (Guizhou section), from Renhuai to Zunyi. In addition, the team verified the proper use of certification certificates and logos, as well as the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented during the previous audit.
The audit team believes that the joint-stock company is in compliance with the new version of the quality standard GB/T 19001-2016 and the new version of the environmental standard GB/T 24001-2016. The management system established in compliance with the requirements of the occupational health and safety standard GB/T 28001-2011 is fully compliant with these standards. The engineering consulting, engineering design, and geotechnical investigation services covered by the scope of the qualification certificate demonstrate stable product quality, consistently meeting customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory stipulations. No quality incidents or customer complaints have occurred, and customers are highly satisfied with both product quality and service performance. The environmental factors and hazards involved in management activities have been re-identified and reassessed; significant environmental factors and unacceptable risks identified through this assessment have been effectively controlled. No environmental, occupational health, or safety incidents, nor any related complaints from stakeholders, have been reported. The management system continues to operate effectively. We hereby recommend to Beijing Zhongshe Certification Services Co., Ltd. that the company’s QEO management system be re-certified and issued a new certification certificate.
