To enhance new employees’ understanding of the company’s development journey, corporate culture, and rules and regulations, and to help them quickly integrate into the company’s culture and team, thereby strengthening cohesion and sense of belonging, the Human Resources Department conducted the second round of 2018 onboarding training from August 6 to August 10, 2018.
A total of 110 new employees participated in this training. The training was conducted by nine instructors, including Huang Guojian, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chief Economist of the joint-stock company; Yang Jin, Director of the Human Resources Department; Yang Jian, Director of the Bridge Design Institute; Meng Die, Director of the Overseas Business Department; Du Yan, Director of the Science and Technology Business Department; and Wang Mingshan, Director of the Planning and Consulting Institute. In addition, Guizhou Sanrenxing Expansion Education & Consulting Co., Ltd. was commissioned to organize outdoor team-building activities.
The training covered topics including the strategic planning of the joint-stock company, human resource management systems, financial management systems, the status of bridge construction projects, the status of scientific research, patents, and academic papers, Guizhou Province’s transportation planning and development model, the current state of information technology development, and the progress of overseas business operations. This training has laid a solid foundation for new employees to understand and integrate into the company, and has infused them with confidence and motivation as they embark on their new roles. We hope that, through this training, the new employees will keep pace with the company’s development, remain proactive and ambitious, and fully realize their potential in their new positions!
