The “Promotion Catalog” is a pioneering scientific and technological initiative launched by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Transport to strengthen the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements in transportation infrastructure development, facilitate the transformation of these achievements into real productive forces, and better serve highway construction. Scientific and technological achievements included in the “Promotion Catalog” must go through a series of procedures, including application by the holding units, recommendation by relevant departments, preliminary review by the Department, expert panel evaluation, and online publication. These achievements are required to be technologically advanced, economically viable, and promising for widespread application.
