As the seasons change and dreams move forward, with the ringing of the New Year’s bell, we bid farewell to the challenging yet inspiring year of 2018 and welcome the hopeful and proactive year of 2019. On the occasion of this joyous Spring Festival, Kan She Co., Ltd. extends its heartfelt holiday greetings to all employees who have devoted themselves to the company’s innovative development and hard work over the past year, as well as to their families, retired senior colleagues, leaders at all levels, and investors from various sectors! 2018 marked the inaugural year for implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Kan She Co., Ltd. closely adhered to its core values—“survival through quality, continuous innovation, and win-win cooperation”—remained true to its original aspiration and kept its mission firmly in mind, steadily developed projects within the province, and actively expanded into projects outside the province and overseas. With the concerted efforts of all employees, Kan She Co., Ltd. further enhanced its domestic and international influence and competitiveness.

The year 2018 marked the beginning of the implementation of the spirit of the 19th Party Congress. Therefore, we have steadily carried out all projects in Guizhou Province with our original intentions and kept our mission firmly in mind, closely focusing on the core values of “quality for development, continuous innovation, and win-win cooperation.” We have also actively expanded our projects beyond the province and overseas. As a result, thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, the company’s domestic and international influence and competitiveness have been further enhanced.

In 2018, KanShe Shares entered a year of steady progress in implementing its “Thirteenth Five-Year” development plan. All business segments continued to grow steadily, internal control capabilities kept improving, and management processes became increasingly standardized. Throughout the year, KanShe Shares adhered to the new development philosophy and remained committed to promoting high-quality development, using the company’s own growth to drive the advancement of the industry, and was honored with the title of “Top Ten Private Enterprises” in Guizhou Province. During this year, we actively fulfilled our social responsibilities and contributed to poverty alleviation efforts. Company leaders took the lead in participating in various poverty-relief initiatives, including the “100 Enterprises Assist 100 Villages” program, earning widespread acclaim from all sectors of society. Moreover, our Party-building work was thoroughly implemented, with the “Two Studies and One Action” study-and-education campaign becoming regularized and institutionalized, fully bringing into play the exemplary and leading role of Party members. In addition, the company organized a variety of cultural and sports activities, enriching employees’ lives and fostering the development of corporate culture.

The year 2018 marked a period of steady progress under the company’s “13th Five-Year” development plan, characterized by continuously expanding business segments, steadily improving internal management and control capabilities, and increasingly standardized management processes. Throughout this year, GSDC adhered to the new development philosophy and actively promoted high-quality development. We were honored with the title of “Top Ten Private Enterprises” in Guizhou Province, as our enterprise’s growth has driven the development of the entire industry. In 2018, we proactively fulfilled our social responsibilities and made every effort to help lift society out of poverty. GSDC earned widespread acclaim from all sectors of society, thanks to the leading role played by the company’s leaders in poverty alleviation initiatives such as the “Hundred Enterprises Helping 100 Villages” campaign. This year, we also strengthened our Party-building efforts, conducting the “Study Two, Act One” learning program in a regular and institutionalized manner, thereby fully demonstrating the exemplary role of Party members. Moreover, throughout the year, we organized a variety of cultural and sports activities to enrich employees’ lives and further advance the construction of our corporate culture.

Thanks to Guizhou’s rapid advancements in transportation infrastructure, the company has achieved significant breakthroughs in talent development and technological upgrades. It is now capable of independently designing “kilometer-scale bridges” and “tunnels spanning tens of thousands of meters,” providing the technical foundation for creating high-quality highway projects in mountainous regions. In terms of both technological reserves and talent pool size, the company ranks among the top provincial-level units in China’s transportation industry.

Benefiting from the rapid advancement of transportation infrastructure in Guizhou Province, GSDC has achieved significant breakthroughs in personnel training and technological upgrading. It is now capable of providing reliable technology for creating “quality engineering” in mountainous highway construction—such as independently designing “kilometer-level bridges” and “10,000-meter tunnels.” Moreover, GSDC has taken the lead at the provincial level in both technical reserves and talent development within the transportation industry.

The old year has already unfurled a thousand layers of brocade; the new year will see us climb another hundred feet higher. 2019 is a pivotal year for driving the high-quality development of Kan She Co., Ltd. The company will steadily advance its “three-step strategy,” accelerate the establishment of a “4+2” development model, fully leverage its equity financing platform, and strengthen its four core business segments—highway, municipal engineering, construction, and water transport—while cultivating and developing two emerging businesses: rail transit and utility tunnels. We will also excel in engineering consulting services, elevate the industry-level capabilities of our engineering general contracting business, and, based on a market strategy that prioritizes the provincial market while supplementing it with markets outside the province and overseas, forge a more stable and sustainable market structure. This transformation and upgrade of the company aims to enhance its management and control capabilities, expand its business scope, and develop it into an integrated engineering technology service provider that combines capital-driven, comprehensive, and international dimensions.

Our best efforts have been brilliantly demonstrated in the past, and thus the new year will usher in a brilliant new stage. The year 2019 plays a pivotal role in promoting our company’s high-quality development. We will steadily advance the “three-step strategy,” accelerating the establishment of a development model characterized by “4+2.” We will fully leverage the equity financing platform to strengthen our four major business units—highway, municipal engineering, construction, and water transport—and cultivate and develop two emerging service sectors: rail corridors and pipeline corridors. We will make every effort to build a more stable and sustainable market structure, anchored in the provincial market and complemented by both provincial and overseas markets, by excelling in engineering consulting services and enhancing the overall competitiveness of our general contracting business. The company’s transformation and upgrading are primarily aimed at bolstering our management and control capabilities and expanding our business scope. Following this trend, our company can evolve into a three-in-one engineering technology service provider—a provider that integrates capital-based cooperation, offers integrated solutions, and operates on an international scale.
