On the morning of March 12, 2019, the Board Office organized a集中 viewing session for the company’s directors, supervisors, senior management personnel, and relevant departments in the Staircase Conference Room on the 17th floor, during which they watched the first 2019 Regulatory Policy Dynamics Analysis Training Session hosted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
To help listed companies stay promptly informed of developments in regulatory policies and to enhance communication between regulatory authorities and listed companies, the First Division for Listed Company Supervision has organized this training session. Drawing on recent market changes and the key challenges faced by listed companies, the division has analyzed the current regulatory landscape. This training session will primarily introduce this year’s key regulatory priorities for information disclosure and the main work arrangements.
The main contents of the training session include:
I. Changes that have occurred in the capital market over the past year;
II. Difficulties and Issues Faced by Listed Companies;
III. Analysis of Institutional and Mechanistic Factors;
IV. Key considerations for this year’s regulatory work on information disclosure.
This training session aims to build consensus and boost confidence, enabling listed companies and their directors, supervisors, and senior executives to deepen their understanding of the capital market and foster momentum for development.
