Our company showcased and released relevant scientific and technological achievements at the International Bridge and Tunnel Industry Development & Technological Innovation Conference (and the Bridge Innovation Achievements Exhibition).

November 13 On [date], Yang Jian, our company’s chief engineer, and his delegation attended the 2020 Xi'an International Bridge and Tunnel Industry Development and Technological Innovation Conference. The three-day conference focused on the theme “Technological Advancements for Quality Engineering, Innovation-Driven Development of Bridges and Tunnels,” providing an in-depth platform for exchange and discussion. Hosted by the journal “Bridge,” this annual professional conference in the bridge sector is guided by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Transport. It primarily showcases the progress of technological and product innovations in the bridge industry. Among the attendees were prominent leaders such as Pang Song, Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Transport.

During the conference, our company’s Chief Engineer Yang Jian delivered several academic presentations on topics such as “Construction of Long-Span Arch Bridges in Guizhou Province” and “Design and Construction Technologies for Cantilever-Formed Concrete Arch Bridges.” The presentations used several typical long-span arch bridges in Guizhou Province—bridges our company has been involved in constructing—as case studies, providing detailed introductions to the key technologies employed in bridge design, construction, and project implementation. Our Smart Industry Division organized participation in the Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements, where we showcased a series of comprehensive solutions tailored for smart highways, including integrated solutions for traffic meteorological disaster monitoring and response, tunnel environmental monitoring equipment, electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance management systems for highways, and bridge safety (health) monitoring services—all covering areas such as bridges and tunnels, geology, and highway maintenance. Our exhibits received considerable attention and recognition from attendees. At the conference, the company also unveiled its independently developed project titled “Research on Road Domain Traffic Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Technology Based on Artificial Intelligence for Mountainous Areas under Heavy Fog Conditions.” This project focuses on key development directions for smart highways, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, and provides a complete set of technical solutions for disaster prevention and mitigation in highway operations during periods of heavy fog.
