In the afternoon, we conducted on-site observations of two model units that have achieved standardization and regularization. Through these observations, we gained insight into how these enterprises integrate Party building work into their demonstration zones, how they create distinctive Party-building brands, and how they implement standardization and regularization efforts in a concrete and thorough manner. Each Party branch was able to identify its own shortcomings while also learning from the strengths of the other units.
Participants in the training unanimously expressed that this course was concise yet packed with substantive content—a “timely rain” for strengthening ideological and theoretical education and enhancing Party spirit cultivation, as well as a “fueling station” for learning Party-building expertise and boosting competence and quality. In the coming period, we will carefully digest and absorb the knowledge and experience gained during the training, closely align them with our own work realities, and continuously enhance the professional capabilities and levels of branch committee members and Party affairs staff. We will earnestly integrate branch building with our day-to-day work, thereby achieving greater effectiveness. Quality of Party building work.
