Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chen Yiqin, issued instructions; Li Bingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Acting Governor, delivered a speech and presented awards; Han Yi, Chief Engineer of the State Administration for Market Regulation, also spoke. Mu Degui, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Chen Jian, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, attended the conference. Vice Governor Tan Jiong presided over the event.

The conference awarded enterprises that had been nominated for and received the Third Guizhou Provincial Governor’s Quality Award.
