2021 On the afternoon of June 15, Zhou Bixia, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial Transportation Union, Director of the Financial and Audit Committee, and Director of the Women’s Committee, led a delegation of four people to our company to conduct a special research study titled “Gauging Public Sentiment and Understanding Public Opinions.” Jia Long, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Peng Jiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Head of the Comprehensive Management Department, along with relevant personnel, attended the research symposium.

At the symposium, leaders of the provincial transportation union first listened to a briefing on the company’s key union activities. They then engaged in an in-depth exchange, focusing on issues such as strengthening ideological and political education, enhancing职工 cultural development, promoting the protection of women workers’ rights and interests, deepening care and services for female workers, and piloting the “paired collaboration” initiative for model worker homes. Attendees spoke one by one, actively offering their insights and suggestions.

Focusing on these five aspects, we will identify directions and methods for overcoming difficulties, ensuring that we deliver tangible benefits and practical results that truly resonate with employees, continuously enhancing their sense of gain, happiness, and security.

Jia Long, Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, stated that in the current new situation, strengthening trade union work has become even more important. The company’s trade union will remain firmly worker-centered, uphold the protection of workers’ legitimate rights and interests, and wholeheartedly serve the workforce. Following this, Peng Jiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairperson of the Trade Union, and Head of the Comprehensive Management Department, also emphasized that the company’s trade union will fully cooperate with the Provincial Transportation Trade Union to ensure the successful implementation of the pilot program for “paired co-construction” of model worker homes, and other related initiatives. The trade union will help workers address their most pressing, direct, and practical concerns, building the trade union organization into a “worker’s home” that workers can trust, and forging trade union officials into “family members” who listen to the Party, follow the Party’s lead, and earn the trust of workers.
