On August 25, 2021, Deng Ming, Director of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Guiyang National High-tech Zone and Secretary of the Party Committee for Non-public Enterprises and Social Organizations, visited our company to conduct a work investigation and deliver a special lecture. Accompanied by Jia Long, Secretary of the company’s Party Committee, and Peng Jiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairperson of the Trade Union, Minister Deng Ming first toured the company’s digital exhibition hall and Party-building activity room. Afterwards, in the company’s Party-building activity room, he delivered a special lecture on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered on July 1 to representatives of the company’s Party members.
At the meeting, Minister Deng Ming pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on July 1st adheres to a grand historical perspective and a correct view of Party history, and encapsulates the theoretical essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. With its lofty vision, broad perspective, profound insights, and rich content, this document serves as a political manifesto for Chinese Communists—a rallying cry that embodies their unwavering commitment to holding high the banner of the Party, exuding confidence and determination as they forge ahead. It is a programmatic document that upholds truth, keeps pace with the times, and opens up new horizons for Marxism; it also functions as an action guide, leading the entire Party and all ethnic groups across the country in their march toward the second centenary goal. This document carries profound political, theoretical, and practical significance.
Minister Deng Ming pointed out that the Party Committee of the company should recognize the importance and urgency of organizing extensive study, discussion, and publicity on the spirit of the important speech delivered on July 1. To fully grasp the essence and core ideas of the July 1 speech, party members should deeply and carefully read the original text of the speech, profoundly understand its ideological implications, and integrate their learning with the study of the “Four Histories.” We must regard thoroughly studying and comprehending the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on July 1st as the top priority in our theoretical education. From this, we should deeply appreciate its historical insight, theoretical persuasiveness, and profound emotional impact. We must vigorously carry forward the great spirit of Party building, resolutely act swiftly, faithfully implement, and set exemplary examples in response to the great call of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee. We must effectively translate the outcomes of our study into concrete actions and tangible results that contribute to achieving new feats in the new era and advancing steadily along the new journey.
After the briefing concluded, Minister Deng Ming presented the Party Committee of the company with party-building books such as “A Century of Organizational Development of the Communist Party of China” and “Outline for Studying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,” and also awarded the “First Prize in the 2020 Party Building Assessment for Non-public and Social Organizations in the High-tech Zone.”
