On the morning of April 25, 2022, the 13th Provincial Party Congress of Guizhou Province opened in Guiyang. The Party Committee of our company organized all party members from its 16 subordinate party branches to watch the live broadcast of the congress through various platforms, including televisions, computers, and mobile phones.

The 13th Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China in Guizhou Province is a highly significant event held at a critical juncture—just as the 20th National Congress of the Party is about to convene, Guizhou has successfully won the battle against poverty on schedule and has comprehensively built a moderately prosperous society as planned, thus embarking on a new journey toward fully building a modern socialist country. This congress represents a major event in the province’s political life.

After watching the broadcast, Party members expressed their commitment to holding high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, firmly keeping in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s earnest instructions, and consistently using high-quality development to guide all aspects of our work. They pledged to earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 13th Provincial Party Congress, continue upholding the “six musts,” constantly adapt to the times, further enrich and develop them, and contribute the strength of surveying and design to writing a new chapter in the modernization of colorful Guizhou.
