An old Party member from Kan She Co., Ltd. receives the “50 Years of Glory in the Party” commemorative medal.

On June 28, on the eve of the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Kan She Co., Ltd. presented commemorative medals and festive greetings to retired Party members who had been awarded the “50 Years of Glory in the Party” medal, filling these veteran Party members’ hearts with honor and warmth.

This year, the company awarded the “50 Years of Glory in the Party” commemorative medal to a total of two Party members. At the home of veteran Party member Xiang Shihong, the elderly comrade, with tears welling up in his eyes, said excitedly: “This weighty commemorative medal is the Party organization’s greatest recognition of us—and it’s also a tremendous source of motivation for us! Back then, I was particularly thrilled when the organization admitted me into the Party because of my meritorious efforts in rescuing supplies. Over all these years, I’ve deeply felt that it was the great Communist Party of China that nurtured and fostered me. I’m grateful to the Party, grateful for its leadership, and grateful for the company’s thoughtful care.” Another veteran Party member, Comrade Chen Jintao, who lives outside the province, also received the commemorative medal sent by the Party committee just before July 1st.

The veteran comrades expressed that the organization’s awarding of the “50 Years of Glory in the Party” commemorative medal is not only an encouragement but also a source of motivation. Receiving this medal is both an honor and a responsibility. As veteran Party members, we will remain even more firmly united around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, always keep in mind the Party’s purpose and our identity as Party members, and with the sense of responsibility and mission of “glory in the Party every single day,” actively respond to the call of the times and unswervingly listen to the Party, be grateful for the Party’s kindness, and follow the Party’s lead.
