On the morning of August 11, 2022, a research team led by Director Wu Xiangdong, a member of the Provincial Government’s Advisory Committee, along with a delegation of 14 people, visited our company for a research visit. Zhang Lin, Chairman of Kan She Co., Ltd., and Yang Jian, Chief Engineer, welcomed the research team. Leaders from the General Manager’s Office, the Technical Quality Department, the Transportation Division, the Construction Division, and the Smart Industry Division also participated in the research activities.
At the research meeting, Zhang Lin, Chairman of Kan She Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Provincial Government’s Advisory Committee. Chief Engineer Yang Jian provided a brief overview of the company’s overall situation. The project leader reported on the preliminary research and construction progress of the cavern-based data center. Both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on the current status and future development trends of cavern-based data centers and unanimously agreed that building such a data center in Guizhou offers significant advantages in terms of high security and high energy efficiency.

Wu Xiangdong, Director of the Provincial Government Advisory Office, expressed high appreciation for the company’s preliminary research and achievements in the development of cave-based data centers. He emphasized that our province will conduct extensive and in-depth surveys on cave-based data centers in accordance with the requirements of Document No. 2 [2022] issued by the State Council, taking the construction of cave-based data centers as a starting point to ensure the successful implementation of more primary and backup data centers in Guizhou Province.
