As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new, the themed event “Enjoy a Warm Winter—Make the Most of Time”—the corporate culture slogan contest titled “Celebrating the Warmth Around Us”—has come to a close. Centered on the company’s vision, mission, and values, and tailored to the specific work and business characteristics of our employees, this long-term, prize-winning contest was open to all staff members. After a month-long call for submissions, we received 55 slogans created from various work perspectives and based on employees’ everyday, familiar work scenarios. These slogans cover topics such as safety reminders, quality guidelines, daily work tips, and cafeteria notices.
After preliminary selection, the Comprehensive Management Department chose 19 slogans for the first batch and compiled them into “Welcome Newcomers Gift Boxes.” At the end of December, these gift boxes were distributed in batches to employees across all departments and subsidiaries at the company’s office building, Hufeng Building, and Testing Building, expressing gratitude for everyone’s hard work throughout 2021. At the event, employees eagerly took photos together and commented: “This event not only recognizes the warm support from those around us but also embodies the warmth that comes directly from our colleagues. It enabled professionals from different positions within Kan She to engage in a virtual dialogue, allowing us to truly feel the warmth of the Kan She Shares family.”
As the year draws to a close, we extend our warmest wishes for a peaceful and prosperous winter. This small gift box embodies the company’s care and hopes for our employees. Thank you for being with us throughout 2021—your support has made all the difference. In 2022, let’s continue to strive together with determination and move forward with unwavering resolve!
