To deeply publicize and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, on the afternoon of December 4, 2017, Comrade Wan Ming, Chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Highway Transportation Trade Union, visited the company’s office building located in the Shawan Science and Technology Industrial Park and delivered a briefing on the spirit of the 19th National Congress to employees from Hongxin Chuanda Company, Hongxinda Company, Lutong Company, and Hufeng Company.

Jia Long, Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, chaired the briefing session. During the briefing, Chairman Wan Ming integrated the theoretical knowledge from the 19th National Congress with practical work, taking a holistic view of national development and drawing on the rapid advancement of transportation infrastructure in Guizhou as well as our company’s own development journey, thus delivering a vivid and inspiring lesson to the grassroots employees present. He encouraged all grassroots employees to remain steadfast in their ideals and convictions and continue to forge ahead bravely in building an even better transportation system for Guizhou. In his concluding remarks, Secretary Jia Long called on all party branches and grassroots trade unions within the company to attach great importance to studying and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress. He urged all Party members, cadres, and employees to arm themselves with the spirit of the 19th National Congress, approach their respective positions with enthusiasm, and move forward with determination.

This briefing was conducted simultaneously via video conference. A total of 220 employees from the project sites of 11 projects—including the MJSDJC section of tunnel inspection services for the Yunnan Manhao to Jinping Expressway, the geological advanced forecasting project for tunnels on the Chishui to Wangmo Expressway’s Ziyun to Wangmo segment, and the ZWJL1 contract section for construction supervision of the Ziyun to Wangmo Expressway in Guizhou Province managed by Lutong Company, as well as the No. IV contract section for construction supervision of the Le Ye to Baise Expressway in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region—watched the briefing concurrently.

After the briefing session, Chairman Wan Ming toured the office environments of the four companies and had a warm and friendly conversation with frontline employees.
