In 2016, the issuer established Hongxin Chuanda, which took over the original Testing and Inspection Center as the entity responsible for carrying out testing and inspection services. Hongxin Chuanda holds a comprehensive Class A qualification for highway engineering testing and inspection agencies issued by the Ministry of Transport, as well as additional qualifications for bridges and tunnels. It also possesses on-site witnessing and sampling qualifications in the construction engineering field. Furthermore, Hongxin Chuanda has obtained CMA metrological certification from the Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Technical Quality Supervision and has acquired certifications for its quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system. As a result, Hongxin Chuanda is qualified to provide comprehensive testing and inspection services for highway engineering projects, monitoring and measurement during tunnel construction, construction quality inspections and advanced geological forecasting, health monitoring and damage treatment for highway tunnels, construction monitoring and testing for bridge projects, health monitoring and damage treatment for bridge projects, foundation treatment testing and monitoring, pile foundation testing, testing and inspection of various structural components and raw materials, slope stabilization monitoring and testing, and technical consulting and assessment services related to traffic construction safety.

Engineering supervision

Our group has obtained the relevant professional qualifications for highway engineering issued by the Ministry of Transport, enabling us to provide supervision services nationwide for Class I, II, and III highway projects, bridge projects, and tunnel projects; supervision services for special independent bridges, special independent tunnels, and highway electromechanical engineering projects; as well as supervision services for electromechanical engineering projects—including communications, monitoring, and toll collection—related to highways, bridges, and tunnels of all grades.
