Kanshe Shares organized a new energy business exchange meeting, joining forces with relevant enterprises to promote the implementation of “Electric Guiyang.”

To accelerate the high-quality development of the new-energy vehicle industry in Guiyang and Guian, as well as the construction of charging and battery-swapping infrastructure, and to build a deeply integrated ecosystem encompassing “vehicles, electricity, charging stations, networks, and scenic attractions,” on September 9, 2022, the People’s Government of Guiyang City issued the “Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of ‘Electric Guiyang’ (2022–2025).” Kanshe Co., Ltd., Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Guiyang Logistics Co., Ltd. plan to jointly establish Guiyang Digital Intelligence Yuan Technology Service Co., Ltd. (currently in the process of registration) to help bring “Electric Guiyang” to fruition.

On April 11, Kan She Co., Ltd. invited Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Co., Ltd., Guiyang Logistics Co., Ltd., Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd. (CATL), Ningbo Puhua Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of CATL), SAIC Hongyan Automobile Co., Ltd., Guizhou Yangtze Automobile Co., Ltd., and PixMoving to hold a symposium aimed at exploring practical pathways for implementing the “Electric Guiyang” development plan. The meeting was chaired by Ma Xiaojuan, Deputy General Manager and Chief Economist of Kan She Co., Ltd. Attendees included personnel from Kan She Co., Ltd.’s Investment & Development Division, Overseas Division, Smart Industry Division, Municipal Engineering Division, Guizhou Hongxinda Technology Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Jiunengxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The participating delegates engaged in exchanges and discussions on the entire lifecycle of battery swap stations—covering investment, construction, and operation—as well as autonomous driving products, comprehensive product solutions for heavy-duty truck battery swapping across the entire value chain, and holistic green and smart logistics solutions.

Deputy General Manager Ma Xiaojuan pointed out that the Smart Digital Element Company, currently in the registration process, will next serve as a bridge between the government and social investors and as a platform for integrating resources. Following market-driven principles, it will attract social capital through specific projects and rational business cooperation models, thereby gradually implementing the “Electric Guiyang” initiative. In the near future, the company will identify projects with suitable application scenarios and relatively good economic viability, actively refine the relevant procedures, and accelerate project implementation. Kan She Co., Ltd. will actively participate in the “Electric Guiyang” initiatives, working closely with relevant new-energy enterprises to jointly pursue development and growth.
