From May 30 to June 3, a delegation of four people, including our company’s Chairman Zhang Lin, accepted an invitation from Japan’s Ritsuya Design to visit Japan for an inspection and study tour, during which they will learn about Japan’s advanced practices and management philosophies in the hot spring and construction industries.

During this trip to Japan, Mr. Jiang Yanda, Deputy General Manager of China Region at Japan Lida Design, accompanied us throughout the entire journey. Chairman Zhang Lin visited, in succession, the Danbasonyama Onsen Project in Yamanashi Prefecture, the Nishiyama Keiunkan Onsen Hotel Project in Yamanashi Prefecture, the Ninomiya Eight Lakes Project, and the Futako-Tamagawa Commercial Complex Project. Japan is famously known as the "Kingdom of Hot Springs"—not only does it boast a vast number of hot springs, but their quality is also exceptionally high. The development model here is predominantly family-run and small-scale, with a guiding philosophy centered on integrating with nature, protecting the environment, refining details, delivering exceptional service, and placing great emphasis on the overall experience. During these visits, our team engaged in warm and friendly exchanges with representatives from the Yamanashi Prefectural Government, the Danbasonyama Village Government, Professor Tetsu Kobayashi, a renowned Japanese expert in tourism studies, the owner of Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan, and Mr. Makoto Horike, Head of the Design Department at Japan Lida Design.

During this study tour, our company’s staff gained valuable insights into Japan’s approaches and design philosophies for developing hot springs resorts, beautiful rural villages, and modern urban complexes, providing a solid foundation of reference for our bid to develop the hot springs town plan for Gui’an New Area. At the same time, this trip has fostered greater exchanges and cooperation between our company and the Japanese government, scholars, and design firms. (Zhang Hongqi)
