During this visit, Xu Yuntao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Institute, and his delegation primarily came to conduct a research study on our company’s institutional reform, corporate development strategy planning, management and operation, expansion of new business models, performance evaluation and internal control mechanisms, as well as human resource management, compensation, and reward and punishment systems. At the meeting, Jia Long, Vice Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of the joint-stock company, introduced to the Zhejiang Institute our company’s basic situation and development strategies for the new era. Both sides engaged in thorough exchanges on various aspects, including corporate development planning, production management, financial management, and human resource management, in a highly enthusiastic atmosphere.
