On the afternoon of January 13, the 2017 mid-level cadre gathering was held in the 17th-floor conference room. The symposium was chaired by General Manager Qi Guirong, and attended by more than 120 participants, including members of the company’s leadership team, heads of various departments, and mid-level cadres from subsidiaries and branch companies.

Chairman Zhang Lin delivered a speech, thanking all employees for their hard work in 2016 and expressing his hope that every employee of the company will continue to unite closely in 2017, embrace new challenges, and achieve new breakthroughs.

General Manager Qi Guirong extended New Year greetings to the attendees and provided a briefing on the company’s performance in production and operations for 2016, summarizing the achievements and progress made by the company in these areas throughout the year. At the same time, he urged all departments to actively respond to adjustments in national and provincial strategies, carefully plan their work arrangements for 2017, align with the strategic guidelines under the new circumstances, and further ensure the smooth implementation of all tasks at the joint-stock company.

Jia Long, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman, briefed the attendees on the completion of the company’s Party building and trade union work in 2016. The company successfully fulfilled the tasks assigned by the Party Committee of the High-Tech Zone and the Transportation Trade Union, and received recognition and encouragement from the Party Committee of the High-Tech Zone for its outstanding performance in Party building. Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer Ma Pingjun, Vice General Managers Guan Xiaoqing, Wang Diming, and Long Wanxue, CFO Li Yinghong, Chief Economist Huang Guojian, and Vice General Manager Xia Jianyong each provided updates on their respective areas of responsibility. They emphasized the need to strengthen operations, standardize management, and closely align with the joint-stock company’s strategic plan—promptly adjusting work approaches, seizing opportunities, and working together to ensure the successful completion of all company tasks. At the same time, they extended New Year greetings to all employees and their families, wishing everyone good health, smooth career progress, and happiness for their families in the coming year.

At the meeting, heads of various departments and subsidiaries (branch companies) each presented updates on their respective work accomplishments and engaged in in-depth discussions about the 2017 work plans.

Finally, the award ceremony for various events of the company’s 3rd Staff Sports Meet was held. Company leaders presented medals, trophies, certificates, and cash prizes to the winning teams and individuals, and then posed for a group photo as a memento.
