Recently, Guizhou Province held a celebration and commendation conference to mark the International Labor Day on May 1st in Guiyang. At the conference, 50 advanced units were awarded the “Guizhou Province May 1st Labor Medal,” 130 advanced collectives were honored with the “Guizhou Province Worker Pioneer Title,” and 158 outstanding individuals were presented with the “Guizhou Province May 1st Labor Medal.” Our company’s subsidiary, Guizhou Lutong Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd., received the “Guizhou Province May 1st Labor Medal”; the Municipal Design Institute was awarded the “Guizhou Province Worker Pioneer Title”; and Chen Kaiqiang, director of the Third Survey and Design Branch Institute, was presented with the “Guizhou Province May 1st Labor Medal.”
At the mobilization rallies for the three-year campaigns on expressway construction in Guizhou, construction of ordinary national and provincial trunk roads, rural road construction, and water transport development, the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Trade Unions awarded recognition to outstanding collectives and individuals who participated in these three-year campaigns. Ma Pingjun, our company’s Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, and Wang Mingshan, Director of the Planning and Consulting Branch Institute, were honored with the “Guizhou May Day Labor Medal.” The Third Survey and Design Branch Institute and the BQJL-1 Supervision Project Office of Baiqian Expressway, operated by Guizhou Lutong Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd., were awarded the honorary title of “Guizhou Worker Pioneer Unit.”
During his visit to congratulate the transportation system employees who had been honored, Wang Bingqing, Director of the Provincial Department of Transport, stated that the 13th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical phase for Guizhou to accelerate and surpass its progress in provincial transportation development—a golden era for advancing transportation infrastructure, enhancing service levels, and achieving transformative growth. He expressed hope that the honored colleagues would continue their efforts, further demonstrate exemplary leadership, make outstanding contributions during the 13th Five-Year Plan, constantly achieve new accomplishments, make fresh contributions, and reach new heights.
