At the meeting, Chairman Zhang Lin first briefed Academician Xu Zongben on our company’s institutional reforms, business transformation and upgrading, and development plans. He particularly highlighted our company’s strengths in operations and talent management, expressing his hope to collaborate with Academician Xu in areas such as big data applications, cutting-edge technology development, and joint talent cultivation. Du Yan, head of the Science and Technology Department, provided a detailed report on our company’s research efforts in smart transportation and big data, the preliminary achievements we’ve made, and our planned next steps. After listening to our company’s presentation, Academician Xu Zongben first praised our company’s advantages and accomplishments in developing smart transportation businesses, and acknowledged the leadership team’s capabilities in innovation, trend recognition, and business development. He then introduced his own research directions and expressed his desire to deeply integrate his research findings and expertise with the transportation industry, aiming for breakthroughs in the exploration and application of transportation big data.
