At the meeting, after the relevant departments of Guiyang City presented reports on cooperation efforts, Comrade Zhang Dongjiang, Chairman of Shanghai Jiuxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., gave an overview of industry development and ongoing cooperative initiatives. Comrade Zhang Lin, Chairman of Kan She Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of the five participating companies. Finally, Xu Hao, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, delivered an important speech and, on behalf of the Guiyang Municipal Government, signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” with five parties—the Guizhou Provincial Transportation Planning, Survey & Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiuxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., State Power Investment Corporation Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd., Guizhou QianNeng Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Changtong Electric Co., Ltd.—covering the electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping industry as well as the establishment of a national-level “New Energy Demonstration Center.”
The signing of the “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation” marks the first step taken by Kanshe Shares, together with four other companies, to jointly establish a new company and enter the electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping industry.
In the new company, Guizhou KanShe Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KanShe Shares, serves as the largest shareholder. The company will closely follow the nation’s vigorous drive toward a low-carbon economy and focus on low-carbon transportation. By integrating the resource endowments of shareholders and other social organizations across various segments of the new-energy vehicle industry’s value chain, we will build robust supply-side capabilities. We are positioned as the builder and operator of a commercial symbiotic platform for the new-energy vehicle industry, precisely identifying demand-side needs and meticulously aligning resource strengths with stakeholder interests to create greater room for transactional value. We will provide systematic low-carbon transportation solutions as well as convenient and high-quality services to governments, enterprises, and private car owners. Starting from B2G (government)—B2B (enterprises)—B2C (private car owners), we will gradually evolve into an industry-leading enterprise in the application side of new-energy vehicles, making outstanding contributions to the popularization and development of new-energy vehicles.
The electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping industry is closely linked to the transportation sector and aligns with KanShe’s strategic development direction. In the next step, the new company will actively expand and establish a presence in application areas such as highways, logistics, long-distance passenger transport, and heavy-duty trucks.
