Project Name: Preliminary Survey and Design for the Guizhou Province Wudang (Yangchang) to Pingtang Expressway
Winning bid amount: 127.54987 million yuan
Deadline for the public notice of bid award: 2018/10/2
Project Overview: The recommended route for this project starts at Yangchang in Wudang District, Guiyang City, where it overlaps with the Guiweng Expressway for 4.86 km to Baiyi. From there, a hub is established, and the route continues southward, following the terrain downhill to Jiaoyuan, where a cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 420 meters crosses the Nanming River. After crossing the river, the route runs along the southeastern side of Ximazhen, intersecting the Guihuang Expressway to the south of Ximazhen. Upon exiting the interchange, a 3,109-meter-long extra-long tunnel is constructed through Zayingpo, bypassing the Huajia Reservoir, and continuing toward Machanghe. The route then heads southward, crossing the GuiXin Expressway on its northern side along the mountain range. After passing along the western side of Yan Shan, it proceeds to Kuzhutang, where a cross-shaped hub is established to intersect with the Guidu Expressway. From there, the route continues southward through Gonggu, avoiding the Yunwu Wanmu Dam, and connects to the reserved interchange of the Duxiang Expressway on the southern side of Yunwu. After exiting the interchange, the route descends along the Ladong River, crossing the Tiancha River (a rigid-frame bridge with spans of 65+120+65 meters). Next, an 1,858-meter-long tunnel is built through the Dongwutai plateau, followed by a series of tunnels that pass through Jichangping and Kuzhuyuan. A bridge (with a main span of 100+2-180+100 meters, a rigid-frame structure) is constructed over the Machong River, bringing the route into Pingtang County. The route then passes east of Zhangbu Town, traversing the mountains around Gu Li Chong and Mo Ru via a tunnel, and continues downhill to the bank of the Cao Du River, where a bridge (with a main span of 85+150+85 meters, a rigid-frame structure) is built across the river. After crossing the river, the route ascends southeastward, passing through a tunnel west of Jichang, and, constrained by the terrain, continues through a series of tunnels to the southern side of Gudong. Then, an extra-large bridge (27×40-meter T-beams) crosses the Gudong Datianba dam, passing through Ge Yu Dong and La Wu. The route continues along the river, entering La Tao Village via a tunnel through You Sha, and after crossing Da Di Chong, it turns southward, passing east of Chenli and Tangguan Reservoir, and winding around La Jiao. Near Donghe in the western part of Pingtang County, a “cross-shaped” interchange is established to connect with the Pingluo Expressway. After exiting the interchange, the route continues southward, passing under the Liu Dong Dam Garden Farm Scenic Area from the west side, and crossing the Liu Dong River via a bridge (with a main span of 130 meters, a box arch structure). The route then passes west of Zemi Town, continuing along Provincial Highway S206 through Gaoliangchang, Dashapo, and Shijiawan, and finally terminates near Ma’anshan, north of Sizhai, where it connects to the reserved interchange of the HuiShui-Pingtang Expressway. The total length of this project’s route is 167.867 kilometers.
Project Name: Survey and Design for the Preliminary Design Phase of the Dejiang (Hexing) to Yuqing Expressway
Winning bid amount: 68,461,120 yuan
Deadline for the public notice of bid award: 2018/10/20
Project Overview: The recommended route for the Dejiang to Yuqing Expressway has a total length of 101.425 km. The entire highway is designed with a speed limit of 80 km/h, featuring a four-lane dual-carriageway standard and a subgrade width of 25.5 meters. The proportion of bridges and tunnels along the entire route is 48.578%. In total, there are 70 bridges measuring 34,152 meters in length, accounting for 33.67% of the total route length. Among these bridges, there are 7 extra-large bridges totaling 7,680 meters, 58 large bridges totaling 26,000 meters, and 5 medium bridges totaling 472 meters. A total of 15 tunnels, measuring 15,118 meters in length, are constructed along the route, including 1 extra-long tunnel measuring 3,440 meters, 5 long tunnels totaling 7,734 meters, 2 medium-length tunnels totaling 1,318 meters, and 7 short tunnels totaling 2,626 meters. Along the entire route, there are 10 interchange flyovers (including 3 hub interchanges), 28 newly built separated interchanges, 3 service areas, 4 parking areas, 1 maintenance workshop, 1 management center, and 5 toll stations.
