Our company has signed a shareholders’ agreement for the Laos National Energy Center Project with EDL-Gen of Laos and AVIC International Complete Sets of Equipment Co., Ltd.

2019 Year 3 Moon 22 Day, Laos EDL President of the company (State Power Corporation) Bounoum SYVANPHENG 、EDL-Gen Company President Rattana PRATHOUMVAN Xiong Tao, Deputy General Manager of AVIC International Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., and Sun Fenglei, President of the Vientiane Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, along with their delegation, visited our company and signed the Shareholders’ Agreement for the Laos National Energy Center Project. Attending the signing ceremony were Zhang Lin, Chairman of our company; Qi Guirong, President; Guan Xiaoqing and Lü Xiaoshun, Vice Presidents; Huang Guojian, Secretary of the Board of Directors; and relevant leaders from our Overseas Business Division.

The Laos National Energy Center project is located at Vientiane (Central location of Vientiane), northeast of the Mekong River, land area: 12,552.39 m ² It is a commercial complex integrating office, commercial, and leisure functions. The project’s total floor area is... 52965.56 m ² Once completed, it will become a landmark building in Vientiane.

EDL-Gen is a holding subsidiary of the Lao Electricity Authority (EDL), specializing in energy development, investment, and construction. The signing of this shareholders’ agreement marks the official transition of the Laos National Energy Center project into the preparatory implementation phase, and our company will participate fully throughout the entire project implementation process. The successful implementation of this project will also lay a solid foundation for our company to expand into the Southeast Asian market.
