On March 28, 2019, Guan Xiaoqing, Vice President of Kan She Co., Ltd., led relevant personnel from the Overseas Business Division to visit China Earth Group. At the China Earth Group office building in Beijing, Guan Xiaoqing and Sun Jinhong, General Manager of China Earth Group, signed the “China Earth Group–Kan She Co., Ltd. Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” on behalf of their respective companies.

China Geological Engineering Corporation Limited (referred to as CGC or CGEC in English) was approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China in 1982 and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on February 25, 1983.
