Comrade Pan Hai, a member of the Party Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Transport, and Comrade Kang Hourong, Director of the Science and Education Division of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Transport, attended the meeting and provided guidance.
At the meeting, Comrade Kang Hourong, representing the Guizhou Provincial Department of Transport, first read out the approval document agreeing to designate the department as the business supervisory authority for the Guizhou Digital Transportation Research Institute. After hearing the report by Comrade Shang Hong from the preparatory group of the Guizhou Digital Transportation Research Institute on the institute’s preparations, as well as the composition of its board of directors and supervisory board, the directors proceeded to vote by show of hands and adopted the “Regulations on the Election of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board” and the draft “Articles of Association.” Following the host’s individual introduction of each candidate, the directors then elected members of the board of directors and supervisors of the supervisory board through a secret ballot. The meeting also elected representatives from the Guizhou Provincial Transportation Planning, Surveying and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. Chairman Zhang Lin serves as the Chairman of the Board and legal representative of the Research Institute; Shang Hong, Chairperson of Guizhou Shengzhi Jiaoke Information Technology Development Co., Ltd., serves as the Director of the Research Institute.
Finally, Pan Hai, a member of the Party Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Transport, delivered a concluding speech on the institute’s planning and development.
