Through this exchange and seminar, the company’s engineering and technical personnel have gained a deeper understanding and awareness of the hazards posed by corrosion in steel bridges as well as several new anti-corrosion technologies. This has provided new solutions for the anti-corrosion protection of steel bridge components—particularly cables, suspenders, and their anchorage systems—in special bridges, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of bridge structures and ultimately extending the service life of bridges.
