“Me and My Motherland”—The Photography Contest Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China Comes to a Successful Conclusion


To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the company organized a photo contest themed “My Motherland and Me” during the National Day holiday. A total of 94 entries from 23 departments within the company were submitted to this contest. During the evaluation process, the judges provided meticulous and insightful comments on the strengths and weaknesses of each entry, along with constructive suggestions. In the end, Fan Guiping from Hufeng Company won first place with his series titled “Red-billed Fairybirds.” Second place was awarded to Han Chao from the First Institute of Architecture for his photo “Yachi River Bridge,” Wang Run from the First Institute of Architecture for his work “Future Ark,” and Xie Xuehao from Hongxin Chuanda for his photo “Bridge Load Test Site at Yanjiao Bridge.” Third place was shared by Zeng Yuan from the Human Resources Department for his photo series “Graduation Wall,” Guo Yao from the Overseas Business Division for his work “Dance Rhythm,” Chen Jie from the Architectural EPC team for her photo “Seeing the World from a Different Angle,” Du Hong from the Surveying Division for his photo “Morning Bridge,” and Sun Zibin from the General Management Department for his photo “Athletic Spirit.” In addition, several works were also recognized with honorable mentions.

This “Me and My Motherland” photography contest, hosted by Kan She Shares, celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and provides a platform for employees to showcase their talents, enriching their leisure cultural lives and capturing moments from the daily work of employees who are tirelessly striving on the front lines. By focusing on the people, events, and scenes around us, the contest highlights our company’s design achievements and showcases the spirit of unity, innovation, and vigorous optimism embodied by our employees.
