Recently, our company has been awarded the “Hui Zhu Mechanical and Electrical Operation & Maintenance Management System” by the National Copyright Administration. Two software copyrights: “Tunnel Construction Safety Monitoring System.”
The Hui Zhu Mechanical and Electrical Operation & Maintenance Management System primarily utilizes radio frequency identification (RFID). Radio Frequency Identification , abbreviated as RFID ) The technology automatically identifies target objects via radio frequency signals and acquires relevant information about highway electromechanical equipment. This system primarily consists of transponders, which can effectively identify objects moving at high speeds and simultaneously process multiple tags. It also features functions such as monitoring, integrating, storing, and analyzing system data resources, ensuring the completeness and timeliness of highway electromechanical equipment information, facilitating easy access for relevant personnel, reducing implementation complexity, and lowering implementation costs.
The tunnel construction safety monitoring system is a software suite designed for the prevention, monitoring, and early warning of geological hazards during tunnel construction. The system comprises five subsystems: monitoring and measurement, collapse monitoring, sudden water and mud outburst monitoring, gas monitoring, and rock burst monitoring. It enables the management, analysis, and timely dissemination of warning information related to tunnel construction monitoring data. By identifying the major geological hazards that may occur during tunnel construction, the system determines the corresponding monitoring and early-warning indicators and their respective weights, and establishes a safety evaluation framework tailored to each type of hazard.
Currently, the two systems have entered the testing and application phase and have received positive feedback. Once the data entry for the supporting engineering projects is completed in the later stage, we will officially launch their widespread adoption and provide technical support for the digitalization of more road engineering projects.
