To earnestly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on epidemic prevention and control, proactively address the severe and complex epidemic situation following the orderly resumption of business operations, and firmly fight the battle against the epidemic in enterprises, in response to the joint prevention and control mechanism established by the State Council to tackle the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and the work arrangements issued by the provincial people's government regarding the resumption of production and work in enterprises during the epidemic prevention and control period, the Technology Business Division and the President’s Office have jointly developed the “Kan She Shares Employee Health Registration Platform.” The platform leverages big data and mobile internet technologies to establish employee health records, enabling the collection, monitoring, and management of employees’ health status and activity trajectories across all departments.

The system uses a WeChat mini-program on mobile devices to quickly collect employees’ health data (including current body temperature and whether they have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, or shortness of breath) and to allow employees to view their own and their departments’ health registration status. Employees on business trips, on leave, or in home isolation can independently report their daily health conditions, while employees working on-site are uniformly registered by temperature-monitoring personnel assigned to their respective departments.

The system performs statistical analysis of health data through its data backend. Via the backend management website, managers from various departments can view their departments’ daily health registration status as well as the geographic locations where employees on business trips, on leave, or under home isolation are checking in for health updates, enabling precise prevention and control measures. The system will issue alarm notifications for individuals whose body temperature or health condition is abnormal.

Compared with traditional roster-based registration and statistics, this platform has significantly improved the efficiency of epidemic monitoring, addressing issues such as crowded personnel registration, cumbersome data management, and incomplete information. It has also reduced the duration of person-to-person contact, thereby lowering the risk of cross-infection and achieving a防控 strategy characterized by "avoiding crowds, strengthening control measures, and ensuring comprehensive data collection." This platform saves time and effort for epidemic prevention and control personnel, enabling them to quickly and efficiently complete health registration procedures, thus supporting the company in implementing scientific and precise epidemic prevention and control measures and safely resuming work and production. Currently, Kan She Co., Ltd. has rolled out this platform across multiple departments and subsidiaries, with over 1,200 people registering their health status daily and generating more than 2,500 pieces of health data each day.
