Guizhou Hongxin Chuanda Engineering Testing & Consulting Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has successfully passed the comprehensive Class A rating assessment for highway engineering.

From December 28 to December 30, 2019, the Ministry of Transport organized a panel of expert reviewers to conduct a three-day comprehensive Grade A assessment of Hongxin Chuanda Company’s highway engineering capabilities. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all Hongxin Chuanda employees, the company successfully passed the Grade A comprehensive assessment for highway engineering on April 3, 2020, and obtained the corresponding certification on April 15 of the same year.

During the assessment period, the four members of the expert panel evaluated the company’s management system’s operation, personnel and equipment allocation, testing environment, practical operational proficiency, and testing capabilities. This evaluation was conducted in accordance with relevant regulations such as the “Administrative Measures for Testing and Inspection of Highway and Water Transport Engineering,” the “Procedures for Rating and Revalidation of Testing and Inspection Institutions for Highway and Water Transport Engineering,” and the “Management Requirements for Testing and Inspection Levels in Highway and Water Transport Engineering.” The assessment involved on-site visits, field tests, on-site evaluations, and review of management system documents and related records. The assessment results met the requirements for a Grade A comprehensive qualification in highway engineering. Additionally, the panel provided valuable comments and suggestions regarding areas that require improvement and refinement.

Looking ahead, Hongxin Chuanda Company will remain true to its original aspiration and keep its mission firmly in mind. The successful completion of the Grade-A comprehensive review for highway engineering projects is both an affirmation of Hongxin Chuanda’s achievements and progress to date, and also lays a solid foundation for the holding company to further expand its business and better serve the transportation sector.
