On July 10, 2020, the Human Resources Department organized the first session of the 2020 onboarding training for new employees in Conference Room 1702 of the company. The training was conducted by Zeng Yuan, Wang Jing, and Wang Renzhu from the Human Resources Department, and more than 90 people participated in the session.

   

During the training, Zeng Yuan first introduced the company’s profile and the reward scheme for registered professional qualifications. Next, Wang Jing presented the job-level management system, the salary management system, and the employee leave and vacation management system. Finally, Wang Renzhu explained the performance appraisal management system and the relevant regulations for title evaluation.
